48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Your time is valued, as is my commitment to the therapeutic process. I ask that you provide the same courtesy to the practice and also to other clients.

To ensure there is timely access to sessions for all clients, a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice (no-show) will also be charged the full session fee.

This fee is charged to cover the cost of the time set aside for you, which could have been offered to another client on the waiting list.

Exception for Medical Emergencies

We understand that sudden medical emergencies can occur. The cancellation fee may be waived in the event of a genuine medical emergency. We ask that you notify us as soon as you are able, and a medical certificate may be requested at our discretion.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders. However, you are responsible for remembering your scheduled appointments. The cancellation policy applies even if you do not receive a reminder.
