One of the most profound benefits of Craniosacral Therapy is the opportunity it gives clients to recover from stress, overwhelm and injury.

One way it can do this is by helping the body reconnect with the life affirming nature of the fluids within the body.

Often people have a deep love for bodies of water. Whether it is the ocean, a waterfall, river, creek or even a bath or shower. This love for water is definitely a resource.

When we look at the body, we find that it is made with a large percentage of water. Some say the body is over 80% water.

Craniosacral therapy helps us get in direct contact with the fluid nature of the body. This direct contact with the nature of the body helps develop resilience, buoyancy, suppleness and fluidity. Fluidity is needed in the joints, muscles, bones and organs and also in how we respond to life situations. Fluidity can also support our psychological health.

By helping the body to reconnect with its fluid nature craniosacral therapy soothes stress, remedies overwhelm and resources the body.

By helping the body to experience it’s fluid nature we improve recovery from injury particularly when combined with movement that supports growth and rehabilitation.
