At Quantum Bio-intelligence, my mission is to best serve my all of my clients. To help me serve you and others effectively, the following cancellation policy exists:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This notice period allows the possibility to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee applies. This fee is 50% of the full session fee, with the exception of medical emergencies, deaths, and similar circumstances.

No-Show Fees
If you miss an appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.

Purpose of Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are in place to help cover the time reserved for scheduled session, as preparation for each client is essential. This policy also helps other clients fill cancelled sessions.
