I hope that you have been safe during tropical cyclone Alfred. Whether you are living in SEQLD, Northern NSW or anywhere else in the world. These times are a catalyst for change.

Certainly for me, I feel the shift from my familiar settings and the desire to explore beyond what I know.

Global societies are shifting, our environment is nudging us, prompting us to change our habits.

If humanity is to live in harmony with nature we are being asked to see, feel, think and do things differently.

Within nature we have all that is needed for balance.

It is up to each of us to make peace with our own nature, our shadow and our light. Everything is within us that enables us to weather these storms.

This painting by Autumn Skye Morrison is a wonderful reminder that we are not the storm. We are actually the stillness in the centre, more than just the chaos.

We can find our anchor amidst a moving ocean.

We can actually be steady in these uncertain times. And if at times that is challenging, we can still gravitate to safety, trusting and remembering in the intelligence of nature. In the vast intelligence of our body. In loving support from friends, family and embodied therapists.

Wherever you are, my prayer is that you remember you are an integral part of the changes our earth is moving through. We are undoubtedly in this together.
