Wellness Mindtherapy

Deep listening to the nature of the body and to the natural world both within and around opens us up to the intelligence of life itself.

This intelligence of life operates through our anatomy and physiology, driving psychology and physiology.

Our psychological traumas may be complex, but our physiological traumas are simple.

Which is why it is so therapeutic to return to the wisdom and intelligence of the body. By practicing a continual return to the body, we can regulate the nervous system, fostering resilience, health and fluidity.

A well regulated nervous system supports social engagement, it also helps the autonomic nervous system which operates all aspects of physiology without the need for conscious awareness.

This is also how we support healthier communication and functional relationships.
